1. Introduction & Consent

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual may open only one account at bigg6. Operating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If any personal details change, you must notify the bigg6 support team as soon as possible.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

Only the following methods are supported for financial transactions at bigg6: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions via third-party accounts or anonymous methods are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit (per method): ৳300
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take additional time in some cases.

4.4 Verification Process

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bigg6 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — giving a total of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per person.
• While one bonus is active, it cannot be combined with another bonus unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit it.
• bigg6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Each game category has specific betting rules, which can be found in detail on the information page for that game or category. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a discrepancy occurs in the outcome of any bet due to a software error, network interruption, or other technical reason, bigg6 reserves the right to void or review that bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, or other sports, guidelines on market rules and market closing times can be found in the relevant section. If a match is abandoned or stopped midway, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bigg6, and any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive behaviour.
• Attempting to exploit software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a third party's account or identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or programs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
